"Deborah was phenomenal! From our initial video chat to the wedding ceremony, she ensured we were happy with the ceremony script. She did a great job at incorporating our love story and she also had a beautiful poem prepared in addition to the one we chose. She even helped greet our guests while the wedding party was getting dressed. She also gave us a very sentimental and special gift after the ceremony. I would highly recommend Deborah for your wedding- reasonably priced, prompt, professional, kept open communication and thoughtful. We truly appreciated her making our ceremony such a breeze."
Why Should You Choose a Professional Wedding Officiant?

It's relatively easy to "get certified" to be a wedding officiant. So, why should you pay a bit more for a Professional Officiant?

The best answer is because you only get married once (hopefully!) and you want your ceremony to be memorable for all the RIGHT reasons!

We create original, thoughtful ceremonies and perform them at a high level. You are paying for a professional to know the state regulations concerning weddings and will adhere to them. No one wants to discover years from now that their marriage is invalid due to technical errors!

First off let’s start with, we called Deborah last minute and she didn’t even bat an eye. She completely made the ceremony planning simple, easy and stress free. She arrived prompt, well organized, and eased the nervous bride and groom by individually chatting about the order of events with them. She also reminded the couple, how special a home wedding is, to really relax and take in this moment, and did not rush the couple one bit. Removing the rushing feeling for a bride is huge in her being able to clear her mind and be present in the actual moment! Thank You Deb for being so kind, professional, and for bringing your sweet energy to my Son and new Daughters special day! We are grateful for you!
My wife and I were not expecting much with this wedding as this is our second time marrying each other and the first time was pretty bad. However Deborah made it feel very special for us with the little things she added in. She gave us a binder with a copy of the whole ceremony and she sent us photos as well. We are very very happy that we got in touch with her. Thank you Deborah for what you do. I highly recommend you to anyone!
Debbie was incredibly professional. She made sure the entire ceremony was perfect every step of the way. We went over several drafts to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. I would recommend her services 10/10!
Current wedding trends are centered around intentionality and personalization, with couples moving away from traditional, cookie-cutter celebrations in favor of experiences that reflect their unique stories and values.
Modern weddings often blend old and new—reviving classic elements like bouquet tosses or large wedding parties while incorporating contemporary touches such as private vows, cinematic exits, and highly customized décor. Personal expression is showing up everywhere, from art-inspired installations and bold color palettes to meaningful rituals and interactive guest experiences. Even food and drink are becoming part of the design, with creative stations, edible favors, and immersive dining moments replacing more formal, traditional formats.

Another major shift is the focus on creating memorable, guest-centered experiences. Couples are prioritizing intimate atmospheres, eco-friendly choices, and thoughtful details like locally sourced florals, reusable décor, and experiential elements such as audio guestbooks or lounge-style receptions. Aesthetic trends lean toward a mix of nostalgia and bold creativity—think vintage-inspired cakes, film photography, statement lighting, and layered textures—while fashion is embracing individuality with dramatic silhouettes and nontraditional styling.
Overall, weddings today are less about perfection and more about creating a meaningful, personalized celebration that feels genuine to the couple and engaging for their guests.
